Artist Zeng Fanzhi depicts ‘zero-COVID’ after a lifetime of service to the Chinese state SHENZHEN, China (AP) — In one painting, a child sits, mouth wide open, as a worker in white medical garb extends a long cotton swab toward her tonsils.
